"Hard to Starboard" is a song composed by James Horner and featured in the film Titanic; it's used during the sequence where the ship collides with an iceberg. It is also on Titanic's soundtrack. Below is the first sheet of sheet music for the cue as heard in the original soundtrack In the film, as well as on La Land Records release of the complete score, the cue begins with a low-brass and thumping bass line passage before it continues into the material known from the OST. Also on the complete release of the score, the cue ends with an ominous three-note low brass passage with the continuation of the high strings, which is actually a standalone cue called "Hard to Starboard - Extension". On disc 3 of the La La Land album, there is an alternate version of the cue in which there are no synths.
